Description
Why Buyers Ask About Promotional Display Kits
A sales rep walks into a retail store carrying a branded bag. Inside: product samples, a printed sell sheet, and a small display. The bag doubles as both carry and presentation. That’s the value of a promotional display kit — it’s packaging, it’s a bag, and it’s a mini booth.
If you’re a marketing manager, field sales director, or branding agency sourcing promotional materials for trade shows, roadshows, or retail activations, the key questions are: can the kit be lightweight enough to carry all day, durable enough for repeated use, and printed in your local language for target markets?

Common Promotional Kit Mistakes
- Too heavy | Reps carry these all day; use lightweight board
- No sample divider | Products rattle around; add simple inserts
- Wrong language | Double-check local language proof
- Handle breaks | Use riveted straps, not glued paper handles
- Print too small | Product info should be readable at arm’s length
- No contact info | Phone, website, WhatsApp must be prominent
- Flimsy base | The kit should stand on a counter without tipping
FAQ for Procurement Teams
Q: What is the MOQ for promotional display kits?
A: Standard MOQ is 300 pcs. For simple paper-bag kits with basic printing, we can start at 500 pcs.
Q: Can you print in local languages (Khmer, Arabic, Spanish, etc.)?
A: Yes. We require the final artwork in your target language. We can also provide layout design support if needed.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Sample: 5–7 days. Mass production: 12–18 days for 500–2000 pcs.
Q: Can you include product samples inside?
A: We produce the kit (bag + box + insert). You fill the samples at your warehouse. We can also source common sample items on request.
