Description
Corporate Gifts Represent Your Brand
When you send a corporate gift, the box is the first thing the recipient sees. A cheap box makes your company look cheap. A premium box says “we value this relationship.”

Branding Your Gift Boxes
Option | Coût | Impact |
Foil-stamped logo | Milieu | Élevé |
Impression en couleur | Bas-moyen | Moyen |
Debossed logo | Milieu | High (subtle) |
Hang tag / card | Faible | Moyen |
Best practice: One prominent logo placement. Don’t cover the whole box in branding — it looks salesy, not generous.
What to Include in a Corporate Gift Set
- The main gift — Product, item, or experience
- A handwritten card — Personal touch matters
- A small bonus — Snack, coffee, or branded item
- Company info — Not salesy, just context
- Packaging that protects — No dented gifts
Budget Guide
Budget Per Gift | Type de boîte |
(10–)25 | Magnetic folding box, simple |
(25–)75 | Rigid box with foil logo |
(75–)150 | Premium rigid box + insert |
$150+ | Luxury gift box with all finishes |
The box should be about 10–15% of the total gift value. Too cheap = bad impression. Too expensive = wasteful.
Timing & Logistics
- Order early — Custom boxes take 2–3 weeks
- Plan quantities — Add 10% extra for last-minute additions
- Warehouse-friendly — Folding boxes save storage space
- Direct shipping — We can ship to your office or directly to recipients
Common Corporate Gift Mistakes
- Logo too big — Subtle branding looks classier
- Generic gifts — Everyone sends pens. Make it personal.
- Cheap box, expensive gift — The box is the first impression
- No card — A gift without a message feels like swag
- Last-minute orders — Rush fees kill the budget
