Why Buyers Ask About Corporate Welcome Kits
When a company onboards 500 new employees, rewards a top-performing client, or sets up a conference booth, they need more than a plain box. They need a complete kit: a rigid outer box, a branded thermos, a custom notebook, and a logo pen — all matching the company’s Pantone color.
If you’re a procurement manager, HR buyer, or branding agency sourcing corporate gift sets, the key questions are: can the supplier source all the inner items (not just the box), match your brand color exactly, and deliver on a tight deadline?

Common Corporate Kit Mistakes
- Color mismatch | Box is one shade, thermos is another; require Pantone match
- Low-quality inner items | A cheap pen ruins the premium box experience
- No matching bag | Recipients need a bag to carry the kit
- Insert incorrect | Items rattle around in the box; custom foam required
- Logo too small | Branding should be visible on every item
- Late delivery | Onboarding dates are fixed; order 4–6 weeks ahead
- Pas d'approbation de l'échantillon | Always approve a full sample before mass production
FAQ for Procurement Teams
Q: Do you source the inner items (thermos, notebook, pen) or just the box?
A: We provide the full kit — outer box, foam insert, and all branded inner items. You approve the complete sample before mass production.
Q: What is the MOQ for corporate gift sets?
A: Standard MOQ is 300 sets. For simpler kits (box + notebook + pen), we can start at 200 sets.
Q: Can you match our company Pantone color?
A: Yes. We require your Pantone code for the box exterior and inner items. We send a printed color proof for approval before production.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Sample: 7–10 days. Mass production: 18–25 days for 300–1000 sets. Rush orders available for an additional fee.
Q: Can you produce kits for international clients (e.g., Arabic text)?
A: Yes. We regularly produce multilingual packaging for MENA, European, and North American clients. Send us your artwork in the required languages.
