Luxury Leather Game Trunk Cases: White Rigid Briefcases for Mahjong, Tiles & Collectible Sets
Premium board game and tile sets deserve a case that matches their quality. A white leather-look rigid trunk with dark strap bands, gold rivets and corner guards, a branded emblem panel, and black velvet interior protects tiles during travel and presents the set like a collectible product. For game brands, casino suppliers, and promotional gift companies, the case itself becomes a high-value part of the product.

Why Buyers Ask About Luxury Game Trunk Cases
Board game brands, mahjong manufacturers, chess and domino suppliers, promotional product distributors, and corporate gift buyers order hard cases to hold tile sets, card decks, dice, and accessories. Standard board boxes cannot protect heavy tiles on long-distance shipping, and they do not convey the collector-grade quality of a premium set. Buyers need a structured rigid shell, a velvet or felt-lined tray that holds every tile, durable brass hardware, and exterior branding that positions the set as a luxury product rather than a casual game.
If you’re a game brand buyer, tile set manufacturer, casino supply distributor, promotional product company, or corporate gift purchaser sourcing custom luxury game cases, the key questions are: can the supplier build a leather-look rigid trunk with a fitted tile tray, velvet interior, durable handle and latches, and full brand emblem customization?

Common Luxury Game Case Mistakes
- Tiles rattle in the tray | Compartments must match exact tile dimensions, not averages
- Velvet scratches tile faces | Line contact surfaces with smooth flocking where needed
- Hardware fails after repeated opens | Select brass or metal, not plastic, for a case handled many times
- Handle detaches under set weight | Reinforce bracket mounts and load-test the full tile weight
- Emblem print off-center on the panel | Lock emblem alignment to the dieline center before production
- Corners dent in shipping | Add corner protection to the outer export carton
- Lid pinches velvet on closing | Test closure with the full tile set inside before mass production
FAQ for Procurement Teams
Q: What is the MOQ for luxury game trunk cases?
A: Standard MOQ is 200 cases per design. Simplified rigid cases without metal hardware can start at 100 cases.
Q: Can the tray be custom-fit to our own tiles, dice, and accessories?
A: Yes. Send tile dimensions, set count, and physical samples; we design velvet-lined board, foam, or felt compartments that hold every piece with even clearance.
Q: What exterior colors and branding methods can you produce?
A: White, black, brown, navy, red, and custom Pantone colors; branding includes gold or silver foil stamping, embossing, debossing, screen printing, printed emblems, and optional metal badges.
Q: Do you supply matching inner card boxes, tile racks, or dice cups?
A: Yes. We coordinate inner trays, card holders, rack slots, and dice compartments alongside the main case for a complete set presentation.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Sample: 12–18 days. Mass production: 30–40 days for 200–500 cases, depending on tray and hardware complexity.
