Black and Gold Ampoule Serum Cases: Leatherette Rigid Boxes with Fitted Vial Foam Slots
Ampoules and essence vials need a presentation case that protects fragile glass while looking as premium as the serum inside. This black-and-gold leatherette rigid case pairs a refined two-tone exterior, brass hinges and latch, a branded white lid panel, and a precision-cut foam tray with dedicated vial slots. For skincare brands, beauty clinics, essence series, and kit distributors, the case keeps each ampoule upright and secure, and communicates a high-value professional skincare product line.

Why Buyers Ask About Ampoule and Essence Cases
Skincare brands, beauty treatment clinics, essence and ampoule manufacturers, and cosmetic kit distributors package small glass vials in something stronger than a paper sleeve. Loose vials rattle against each other in a plain carton, glass chips in transit, and the set lacks a reusable presentable case for retail display or professional delivery. Buyers ask about foam slot geometry for their vial size, exterior leatherette finish, hinge and latch durability, lid branding panel options, and whether the case can hold a mixed assortment of ampoules, droppers, and sample sachets.
If you’re a skincare brand buyer, beauty clinic supplier, essence product company, cosmetic kit distributor, or private label buyer sourcing premium ampoule presentation cases, the key questions are: can the supplier build a leatherette rigid case with precision foam slots for your vials, brass hardware, a branded lid panel, and secure closure for shipping?

Common Ampoule Case Mistakes
- Vial slots too narrow or wide | Cut foam to exact vial diameter with a small safety clearance
- Glass vials touch inside the slot | Slot walls must separate every vial to prevent contact
- Foam crumbles on repeated use | Select dense, closed-cell foam that holds its shape
- Hinges loosen after repeated opening | Use reinforced metal hinges mounted to the rigid board
- Latch doesn’t catch closed | Align latch and catch after the insert is installed
- Lid panel logo off-center | Lock logo position to the lid panel dieline before foil stamping
- No shock protection in the export carton | Pad cases so foam and glass do not shift during ocean freight
