Size Matters
A box that’s too big = wasted shipping cost and rattling product. A box that’s too small = product doesn’t fit. Getting the size right is the first and most important step.
How to Measure Your Product
Step 1: Measure the product
- Length × Width × Height (L × W × H)
- Measure the widest point
- Include caps, pumps, and droppers
- Measure the height from base to top of pump
Step 2: Add clearance
- Add 2–3mm on each side for easy insertion
- This gives the insert room to hold the product snugly
Step 3: Calculate box interior
- Product dimensions + clearance = box interior dimensions

The Cost of Over-Sizing
Every extra centimeter costs money:

Insert Fit
The insert should hold the product:
- Demasiado apertado — Product jams, hard to insert
- Demasiado folgado — Product rattles, looks cheap
- Just right — Product slides in and out smoothly, no movement
Erros comuns
- Measuring the box, not the product — Always measure the product first
- Forgetting the pump/cap height — Measure from base to top of pump
- No clearance — Product should slide in easily
- Over-sizing “just in case” — Wastes money and looks empty
- Not testing — Always approve a sample with your actual product
