الوصف
A Scratched Product Is A Returned Product
Polished metal, glossy plastic, glass screens, painted surfaces — these get scratched easily. A rough foam insert that looks “protective” can actually scratch the product during shipping. The right insert material protects both from impact AND from surface damage.

Velvet / Flocked Lining
The gold standard for scratch protection:
- Soft velvet fabric covers the insert
- Zero scratch risk on polished surfaces
- Luxury feel and look

- قطع مخصص وفقًا لشكل المنتج
- Protects from impact and scratches
- Cheaper than velvet lining
- Best for: electronics, gadgets, cosmetic bottles
Tissue Paper Wrap
Extra layer of protection:
- Wrap product in tissue paper before placing in insert
- Adds a soft barrier between product and insert
- Also adds to unboxing experience
- Cheap and effective
- Best for: all delicate products as an extra layer

How We Test for Scratch Resistance
قبل بدء الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة:
- Place product in insert
- Shake box vigorously for 1 minute
- Remove product and inspect surface
- Run finger across surface — any roughness = scratch risk
- Check corners and edges — most vulnerable spots
If any marks appear, we switch to a softer insert material.
Common Anti-Scratch Mistakes
- Using hard foam for polished products — Foam scratches metal
- No tissue paper layer — Product rubs directly on insert
- Insert too tight — Product pressed against rough edges
- No individual compartments — Products scratch each other
- Dust in insert — Paper fibers act like sandpaper
- Rough die-cut edges — Sharp foam edges scratch product
How We Help
- We recommend velvet or flocked lining for delicate surfaces
- We use soft-touch EVA foam for electronics
- We add tissue paper as an extra protective layer
- We die-cut inserts with smooth edges
- We test scratch resistance on samples before bulk
