Custom Rigid Game Set Cases: Leather Briefcase Boxes for Mahjong, Tiles & Board Games
Collector-grade board games, mahjong sets, tile games, and card decks need a case that protects every piece and presents the set like a premium product. A leather-textured rigid briefcase case with a fitted tile tray, dedicated accessory compartment, brass hinges, latches, and a carry handle turns a loose game set into a portable, gift-ready product that hobby brands sell at a premium and keep for years.

Why Buyers Ask About Custom Rigid Game Cases
Board game brands, mahjong manufacturers, casino-style tile makers, promotional product companies, and corporate gift buyers package tile sets, dice, card decks, and accessories in reusable hard cases. The recurring requirements are: a rigid shell that survives repeated travel, precision compartments sized to each tile and accessory, hardware that stays closed in transit, and exterior branding that matches the game’s theme. A flimsy paper box scratches tiles and loses pieces; a custom rigid case becomes part of the product’s value.
If you’re a game brand buyer, tile manufacturer, promotional product distributor, casino supply company, or corporate gift purchaser sourcing custom rigid game cases, the key questions are: can the supplier build a structured briefcase-style case with a custom-fitted tile tray, accessory slots, durable hardware, and branded exterior matched to your game set?

Common Custom Game Case Mistakes
- Tile slots too shallow | Tiles must stand or sit securely without rubbing against the lid
- Accessory compartment forgotten | Plan space for dice, racks, cards, and manual before tray design
- Latch springs weak for a loaded case | A full tile set weighs more than it looks; test a loaded closure
- Handle attachment tears out | Reinforce bracket mounting and load-test the complete set
- Tiles rattle inside | Compartments must match exact tile dimensions, not average sizes
- Interior board scratches tiles | Line contact surfaces with felt or flocking where needed
- Branding offset from center | Emblem and handle alignment must match the dieline before production
FAQ for Procurement Teams
Q: What is the MOQ for custom rigid game set cases?
A: Standard MOQ is 200 cases per design. Simplified rigid cases without metal hardware can start at 100 cases.
Q: Can the tray be designed around our own tiles, dice, and cards?
A: Yes. Send piece dimensions, counts, and physical samples; we design board, foam, or felt-lined slots that fit every item with even clearance on all sides.
Q: What exterior colors and branding methods do you offer?
A: Brown, black, navy, red, green, and custom Pantone colors; branding options include gold or silver foil stamping, embossing, debossing, silk screen, and full-cover printed artwork.
Q: Can you produce matching components like tile racks, dice cups, or inner card boxes?
A: Yes. We coordinate trays, inner card boxes, rack compartments, and accessories alongside the main case for a complete set presentation.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Sample: 12–18 days. Mass production: 30–40 days for 200–500 cases, depending on tray complexity and hardware.
