Description
From Ordinary to Opening Act
A product in a plain box is just a product. A product in a clean white presentation case? It’s a moment. The customer unclasps the latches, lifts the lid, and there it is — perfectly positioned, custom-fitted, lit by the case interior. That’s the power of a presentation case.
What Is a Presentation Case
A presentation case is a rigid, briefcase-style box designed to showcase a product during demos, sales meetings, trade shows, or product launches. It’s not shipping packaging — it’s the first impression.
Feature | Purpose |
Carry handle | Present it like a professional |
Metal latches | Secure, satisfying “click” when opened |
Custom foam insert | Product sits perfectly in its place |
Clean exterior | Minimal, branded, professional |
Réutilisable | Sales reps carry it to every meeting |
The Case Shown Here
This white presentation case demonstrates the look:
- White leather-textured exterior | Clean, clinical, professional
- Debossed “boomader” logo | Subtle, no ink, just pressed into the material
- Stitched edges | Finished detail, quality signal
- Leather carry handle | Comfortable, professional
- Black metal latches | Secure closure, satisfying click
- Couvercle à charnière | Opens fully, stays open during demos
- Custom white foam insert | Center cavity for the main device, side compartments for accessories
- Desiccant packets | Small detail that shows attention to detail
When You Need a Presentation Case
Scenario | Why a Case? |
Trade shows | Carry your product between booths |
Sales demos | Open the case, reveal the product |
Product launches | Dramatic reveal moment |
Boardroom presentations | Professional, not a shipping box |
VIP/client gifts | Feel premium, not disposable |
Sales rep kits | Every rep carries the same case |
Presentation Case Styles
Style | Idéal pour |
Briefcase style | Tech devices, demos, sales kits |
Suitcase style | Larger products, multi-item sets |
Flip lid box | Smaller products, premium gifts |
Drawer box | Products that need layered reveal |
Magnetic box | E-commerce, premium unboxing |
Interior Design for Demos
The interior is where the product lives. For a presentation case, every cavity matters:
Zone | What Goes There |
Center stage | The main product — star of the show |
Left/right compartments | Accessories, cables, chargers |
Under tray | Extra accessories, documents |
Lid interior | Branding, spec sheet, warranty card |
Rule: The product should be the first thing the customer sees when the lid opens.
Materials for Presentation Cases
Matériau | Professional Look |
White leather-textured | Clean, clinical, tech |
Black leather-textured | Premium, executive |
Navy leather-textured | Corporate, trustworthy |
Carbon fiber texture | Tech, athletic, modern |
Matte white/gray | Minimalist, Apple-like |
Branding on Presentation Cases
Method | Effect |
Debossed logo | Subtle, premium, no ink |
Estampage à chaud | Gold/silver, visible, luxury |
Screen printing | Full color, bold |
Sticker/label | Easy to change, low cost |
Best for presentation cases: Debossed or foil-stamped. It looks like the case was built for your brand, not printed on.
Hardware That Matters
Hardware | Why It Matters |
Carry handle | You’ll be carrying this case all day |
Metal latches | Plastic latches break after 10 opens |
Hinges | Lid stays open during demos |
Corner protectors | Protects corners from bumps |
Rule: If a sales rep opens and closes this case 50 times a week, the hardware needs to survive.
Common Presentation Case Mistakes
- No handle — Can’t carry it like a professional
- Plastic latches | Break after a week of demos
- Poor foam fit — Product rattles during carry
- No accessory space — Reps stuff cables in wrong
- Bare lid interior — Missed branding opportunity
- Cheap material — Looks like a toy, not a tool
- Too heavy — Reps can’t carry it all day
