Rush Order Options
Need boxes faster?
- Rush production: 10–15 days bulk (extra 20–30% cost)
- Air shipping: 5–7 days (expensive but fast)
- Stock sizes: Faster than custom sizes
Realistic rush timeline: 3–4 weeks total with air shipping.
Common Timeline Mistakes
- Underestimating shipping time — Sea takes 4–6 weeks, not 1 week
- Skipping sample approval — Bulk production starts, then design changes needed
- Ordering too late — Need boxes for Christmas in November = too late
- No buffer time — Everything takes longer than expected
- Last-minute design changes — Each revision adds days
- Forgetting customs — Sea shipments can be held at customs
How to Plan Your Order
- Start 3–4 months before you need boxes
- Finalize artwork first — Don’t change design mid-production
- Approve sample quickly — Every day of delay adds to timeline
- Choose shipping method early — Sea is cheaper, air is faster
- Order a little extra — Spare boxes for damaged units
- Build in buffer — Add 2 weeks to any timeline estimate
